I wanted to check in quick to let you all know that there is something going on with my Kontactr widget over on my Contact Me page. I have received numerous indescribably sweet e-mails over the past week or so (Lucy and Jessica - I am NOT ignoring you!). I typed up my responses ON MY KINDLE, which is no small feat, only to find a "Mail Delivery Error" message in my inbox the second after I hit send. Stinkin' Kontactr! I will try to get this fixed ASAP. Until then, please send your e-mails to me directly at rachel@theafwife.com.
Now, for my school update: I will be COMPLETELY FINISHED WITH MY COURSE by tomorrow! I am planning to take my final over the weekend or early next week - prayers would be much appreciated! I have almost been working on this course for a year...it has been quite a long haul and I am so proud of myself for sticking with it.
In other news, Hubby and I are *possibly* adopting a doggy today from the shelter in Tampa...I don't want to give too much detail (I can feel myself already getting attached to his cute wittle face) because I don't want to get my hopes up, get there, and find that he has already been adopted (or is not what I am expecting). Let's just say it's a breed that I have ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS wanted and he will give Diezel a good run for his money (both ADD/hyperness-wise and cuteness wise). Why do we need another dog? Honestly, we really don't. But Diezel is in dire need of a friend. Poor little guy is only 8 months old and spends most of his day laying around sleeping. He about dies when we take him to the doggy park because he is so out of shape. He is the sweetest, most friendly dog ever and I think a brother (doggy brother) would be great for him.
