First Ever Couponing Trip!

It's no secret that I've been wanting to get into couponing for quite some time.  Well friends, today was the day I decided to put the pedal to the metal and finally dive in the water.  I took my first trip as a couponer to Walgreens.  Funny thing is, I only entered the store with two measly coupons in hand.  The one thing I did have, though, was my list.  I would have been lost without it.  Here is what I walked away with:

That's 1-24 pk. of Zephyrhills Natural Spring water, 2 Crest 3D tooth pastes, 2 Listerine, 3 Nice! Mac & Cheese, 2 EOS lip balm, 2 Purex laundry detergent, and 2 dish soaps.  The grand total before savings would have been $55.19, but thanks to some careful planning and tactful transaction skills (not to mention a patient and friendly check-out clerk at the beauty counter!), I got that grand total down to $23.63.  For those of you  who are, much like myself, a bit rusty with crunching numbers, that's a savings total of $31.56.  Wah hoo!!  I feel so accomplished!  Here is everything broken down for those who are curious:

2/$6 EOS, $4 RR - $6.00
Listerine BOGO 50%, $4 RR, used $4 RR - $4.0
Purex BOGO free, used $4 RR - $2.41
2 Dish soap @ 1.99 each + $.80 coupon - $2.56
Crest 3D 2/$7.00, $4 RR - $7.49
1-24 pk Zephyrhills bottled water and 1 Nice! mac & cheese @ 0.89 (used as filler), $1 RR, used $4 RR - $0.38
2 Nice! mac & cheese @ 0.89 each, used $1.00 RR - $0.78

This also counts for my fact of the day...I need to go eat some mac & cheese and celebrate!  :)  Happy weekend, all!
Would anyone be interested in learning how to coupon with me?
