Puppies, Palm Trees, and Sleep Deprivation...Oh My! |
Hubby is currently signing paperwork for his 10 days of leave which leaves me stuck waiting in the ol' Suburu with the AC on for Grizz and the puppy. Oh, did I mention Hubby thought that after a 10 hour day of driving (with a good hour and a half still to go) when I was extremely tired, irritable, hungry, and deprived of sleep (and coffee...) would be a ducky time to pick up a 9 week old puppy? You have got to be kidding me is all my mind could produce from the madness.
But here we are, right at this moment as I am pecking away at my iPhone single handedly typing this post and probably developing carpal tunnel in doing so, waiting in the car, Grizz sleeping on my luggage in the back, Diezel snoring so loud it sounds like a freight train is snuggled up on my lap.
We are keeping our fingers crossed that we can sign our lease today...sneaking a cat and an itty puppy into a hotel room and keeping them on the DL is a lot easier to type on a phone than it is to do in real life...although I do feel a hand cramp coming on.
Anywho, you will hear from me soon with any luck on Hubby and I's side. Here are a few pics for you. :)
